I was pleasantly suprised to learn that Rick Sheehy has become the Lt. Governor of Nebraska. He was the mayor of Hastings, and has spent many years in public service for our area. He was a relentless advocate for western Nebraska. Rick has always been accessible and easy to talk to, I can remember lots of great conversations with him over the past few years.
Congratulations, I am excited to see what Lt. Governor Sheehy will help to achieve over the next term.
