I qualified to the State Cross Country Meet my Junior and Senior years. In the State Track Meet, I qualified for the Mile in my Sophomore, Junior and Senior years. | |

| Coaching the St. Cecilia kids for 2 1/2 years is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I couldn’t even start to explain, each person brought great things to the table. Students, Athletes, Coaches and Parents. In that time the Boys Track Team placed second at State in 2005. We saw each athlete grow and achieve, gaining lessons they’ll use the rest of their lives. | The Whoopers and Hoopers Tournament brings a huge economic boost to the Tri-City area. I helped them move the tournament registration online and make sure the tournament brackets were up-to-date. Many teams traveled long distances to play, so friends and family were happy to use the online brackets to keep track of their favorite teams. I also helped with setting up games, coordinating help, T-Shirt, ticket and souvenir sales. | |

| The FBLA group at Minden High School won second in a state competition for developing a web site. I drove to Minden to assist them through the process of building the website. Working with students like Ryan Granger, I helped them through the difficult aspects of HTML, javascript, a special menus system and more. It was a fun and learning experience for everyone. | |
| Deaf & Hard of Hearing Summer Camp | July 2002 |
| Every year there is a two week summer camp for children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. It was held in Cozad, Nebraska at Camp Comeca. I was a counselor for the 10-12 year old boys. I helped manage activities and handled a cabin of 15 boys. I had to interpret for them using Sign Language during all their activities. | |
